Rosa has cut my hair for a few years now, and always does a great job! I have wavy hair that not all stylists cut well, but Rosa has it down! As a bonus, prices are very reasonable.
This was my first time at Cuts By Delia. My stylist's name is Rosa, and she did such a great job. I went with the cut and tea tree oil scalp treatment. She was very gentle and attentive. The scalp treatment felt so good, she even put a hot towel on my face for more relaxation. I showed her the style I wanted and she executed it perfectly. The price point for a scalp treatment, cut, and style was right in my price range too. With tip, I only spent $150. I am definitely going to keep coming back.
This was my second time going back to this stylist and I loved it so much. She’s so nice and did exactly what I wanted to do! I left feeling so good about my hair and will definitely be coming back to her!
