After a water container leaked in our pantry and seeped underneath the laminate, we wanted to replace the laminate with a more waterproof flooring material but were having difficulty finding a company that does both laminate and tile installation for smaller projects. After being recommended by a friend, I gave Interior Technique a call, and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Ryan. He was extremely patient, kind, and generous with his time. He very efficiently and effectively explained to me what steps we would take to get this project started, and what it would look like from start to finish. He invited me to the showroom to check out what they have to offer, and although I haven’t made time for it yet, I absolutely cannot wait to meet these fellas in person! Thank ya’ll for the amazing customer service, I can’t wait to do business with you (I’ll update this with photos once the project is complete!).

When Dustin (the owner) arrived, he went way above and beyond to explain everything to me and provide a quote. The item that was just so above and beyond was his attention to detail, friendliness, communication, and promptness.… read full review
