“Thought I had found a great clinic. Staff was nice for the first 2 visits. Then April 6th came and they refused to treat me unless I wore a face diaper. Sorry I cannot comply with your ridiculous demands.I was turned away from NH in San Marcos on April 6th. The staff lied, said the Doctor refused to see me. He called me later that day informing me of the Truth.The Doctor did not refuse to see me. Their Front Desk Staff are liars. This is now 2 appointments they have refused to see me on. 1st was a follow up to an ER stay. Now the 2nd is their refusal to treat me on April 6th.Dr Medway gets 5 stars. The staff of San Marcos get a 0.PS Medical Office lead sits in the back all day without a mask on. Then has the stones to say you are not welcome here for you doing the same. I would never employ such hypocritical liars.Update a week later no follow up to the phone consultation where I was advised by the Doctor his staff would schedule a appointment. No communication from the person who responded. And they have blocked me from their Facebook page.They deny treatment to patients. Have incompetent staff. “I had very big, very deep forehead wrinkles that I didn't think could be dealt with. I went for a consultation to Dr. Watson's office, to see what his thoughts were. The staff were incredibly friendly, funny, and helpful. The office is beautiful, with serene, spa-like finishes everywhere. There are even plenty of before and after photos of REAL patients so you know what to expect! He gave me multiple options, and explained in detail what the Botox vs Dysport injections entailed. There was absolutely no pressure, and he let me choose what I wanted based on what I thought was most important. I ended up choosing the Dysport injections, and WOW I am so glad I did. Within FOUR days my forehead was perfectly smooth. The best part though is that even though I keep getting compliments on my skin and lack of wrinkles, nobody knows or suspects that I've had anything done! Finally, I was worried about pain as I don't like needles, but he is so smooth and confident, and he uses a distracting device so I didn't feel a THING! It has a been an ongoing process to rid/detox my body from all of the Mold and Candida that occurred from the water damage. Dr Josse and Daniel have been instrumental in doing so.
