We wish to thank Tony, Manager, and the two professionals, Allan and Andy, who came out to do repair work on our plumbing issues. We have rental houses and constantly have to deal with plumbing issues. We can't say enough good words about those two; just to say they were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, friendly, and very loyal to both us and the company. They worked nonstop during the long day, not taking any lunch. They were also very neat and clean, having consideration for us. I highly recommend Plumb365, and especially Allan and Andy. This company is lucky to have employees like them. I also wish to thank Kenneth at Home Depot, who referred this company to us. They deserve 10+++ stars. Will hire them again in the future. I will also refer them to anyone who have plumbing issues. Excellent experience with Plumb365! Joe did a fantastic job installing our new water heater, and it passed inspection with ease. The entire team was professional and organized from start to finish, including coordinating the inspection and keeping me updated with reminders. It’s clear they genuinely care about quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend!

My garbage disposal broke, and I went through Home Depot to get another one. They were able to come out the same day!
Allan and Andy were extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and did a great job. Very respectful of the home (wore covers on their shoes, put down a cover for the work area, etc.) and answered all my questions.
