They were very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, friendly, and very loyal to both us and the company. They worked nonstop during the long day, not taking any lunch. They were also very neat and clean, having consideration for us. I highly recommend Plumb365, and especially Allan and Andy. This company is lucky to have employees like them. Plumb365 Inc. replaced my 14-year-old water heater, which had completely died, with a brand-new smart tankless system, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
It began with Tony, who arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to educate me about the different replacement options. There was absolutely no pressure, the pricing was very reasonable, and the estimate was prepared incredibly fast.
Then came the installation. Hunter, Andy, Allan, and Jonathan were an outstanding crew. Four highly professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking people who clearly take tremendous pride in what they do.
