Hugh was very thorough about what he had found, what it meant, and what he was going to do to address the issue. I appreciate the fact that he is very friendly, organized and service oriented!

The technician, Mr Herman Cortez, was superb. He placed protective cloths so that his equipment would not damage the rug or any part of the home. He was thorough in checking his equipment and the temperature required to kill the termites. He kept me informed of his progress. He marked each area that was infected for future inspections. Lastly, he cleaned up his equipment and left the home as he found it. Mr Herman Cortez is a top notch representative of Lloyds. Great job.
