The technician Devon Owen, did an amazing job today. He arrived on time, he was polite and professional while conducting a full inspection of the two HVAC units at home, including the furnace. Explained us the root causes of the issues found, walked us through the available approaches to solve them, he left us with commitment of sending us estimations for what is needed, and recommended next steps for short and long term.
This was our first experience with Home Run Heating and Air, and I’m pleased to say that it was just excellent! We hadn’t had a an AC tune-up for several years and when I received the flyer for a “Pre-Summer AC Tune-Up” I took a chance and made an appointment. I love how they keep you updated on the arrival of the service technician, including a map link so you can see where the van is and expected time of arrival, and another text when he had parked outside. Scott Renaud was the technician and sometimes you just connect right off the bat - Home Run pun intended😊 He and an assistant performed the safety checks and tune-ups of our two AC units.
