Worked with John Cleary on a termite bid. He was one of 5 companies I had come out, and he was the most thorough in both the inspection and in the report. If you're looking for professionalism, he's your guy. Western Exterminator can pull some strings that others can't. Unfortunately the scheduling didn't work for our rental property because we needed a very tight turnaround, but he was great to work with during that decision-making phase.
Ray is our technician. He is always so pleasant and professional. Since he has been coming here he always takes care of the spider webs, and there are always many. Notifies us when he’s coming.
