Plamen was able to replace my 50gal water heater the same day I called to get a quote. I sent him photos, and he sent me an estimate for both tank and tankless (per my request). After discussing with him and doing more reading, I realized the tank was the best fit for my household. He didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciate. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything to me. I would recommend him for your water heater needs. I will definitely use him again, but I hope I won't need to for quite some time! :)
Plamen and his son were able to replace our old noisy water heater the same day I called. They were very professional and got to work right away. Took them only a hour and a half! We had a leak at our hot water heater that was 11 years old and need it replaced fast. We call NC Water Heater Services in the morning and Plamen was at our house in early afternoon as promised. After he quoted a reasonable price. He inspected the hot water heater and plumbing and told me the leak was from the pipe from the not water heater to the house and not the heater itself. I authorized him the replace the copper pipe. Leak stopped.He ask me if I still wanted the hot water heater replaced.
