“This review was long overdue! Freddie was amazing and like his description about him, his work that he did at my house to install the tankless water system was a work of art. Freddie was very easy to work with and he explained everything that he did step by step. The price for the tankless water system was reasonable and I checked the main chain places (ie. Home Depot and Lowe’s). These two places were charging me a ridiculous amount of money and telling me I had to drill multiple holes in order to install a tankless water system. After using the system for a few months, I can say it was definitely worth the the money to install one of these and worth the upfront cost. I highly recommend Freddie and his crew!“

“A steady leak started coming up out of my driveway during the holiday today. Nate at Palomar was one of only two out of about seven plumbers that called me back, and he came out as soon as he was done with another call, almost right away. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to slow it down to a bare trickle so we could still have our water on tonight. I'll be having my landscaper fix the problem the rest of the way because he does all my irrigation, but Nate was super-friendly, professional, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. It's hard to find a decent plumber, but I think I found a really good one.“

“Kal came to my house the next day after calling him regarding our garbage disposal not working. He immediately diagnosed the problem and installed a new one for me. He also fixed a non working electrical outlet. Kal does a great job and I would highly recommend him. He charges a fair price and I will use him again.“

“A BAD Experience !!!!!A one year old Bradford White electric water heater, under a 6 year warranty turns into a week of no hot water, a bill submitted by Pure Plumbing for $400.00, even though the unit was not functioning when the “repair person” left. Of course there was never any indication of a repair charge or service charge by the owner of the company during the initial phone conversation or subsequent conversations, just the repair persons statement of “here’s your invoice”. When I questioned him about it due to the warranty, he immediately stated he could reduce it to $195.00.Other notes of interest, a statement by the repair person on his arrival, “I’m not familiar with this unit”.Did not perform the basic test recommended by the factory tech support team.The unit became functional after I spoke to tech support at Bradford White who advised to contact another plumber which I did and based on a short conversation I was able to troubleshoot the and correct the problem myself.“

Call Plumb365, received a quote and scheduled the appointment. Tech showed up on time and explained everything in detail, removed and replace the water heater. Professional.“

“HI.Plotke sent out a plumber to replace an outdoor shower valve that was originally installed in the mid 60's. After removing the escutcheon he knew immediately the brand of the valve went out picked one and installed it all with a couple of hours. I anticipated something a lot more complicated. This guy knew what he was doing. Plotke is on my call list from now on. I highly recommend them.“
