Wow! I am in one of the brand new builds in Rancho Tesoro and my Quiet Cool whole house fan switch randomly stopped working- grrrr... I love a cooled house and if I can do it and spend less energy sign me up!I sent an inquiry to Charles online very late Wednesday night and he was on site first thing Friday morning! The timer installed with the switch needed to be replaced. It was all said and done within 30 minutes!Charles was quick, easy, and incredibly knowledgeable!!
