Responsive, professional, caring. My dog had surgery and they kept me up to date during the procedure. They realize they are caring for a family member.
We also had two issues with our dog's eyes. In both cases we first sought treatment with our local veterinarian with no success. Dr. Banks was able to solve the problems, one of which had turned into a significant infection before we got to her. She is exceptional at what she does.
I had to take my dog Paisley in the middle of the night because she was peeing blood. When we went in, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they were SO quick in getting us the help she needed! The doctor was great about discussing options, and we were in and out faster than I would have ever thought. Thank you so much VSH!
VSH is like the Cedars Sinai for pets. Top notch facility and care. Shout out to the Emergency team. I had to bring my dog in on emergency. Despite being terrified, the VSH team handled every single step with precision, intelligence and care. My senior boy has multiple health struggles that complicated things- the team took everything in and navigated his care based on his history. It was really impressive.
This is my 3rd experience bringing a dog here and each time has been similar.
