“Doing new things and going to new places is scary for me. I had been putting off getting my prescription updated for 4+ years; my previous optometrist was by my work, but since going full remote, I've had no reason to drive out that way. I was noticing some slight changes in my vision, and I decided to work up the mental capacity to try a new place close to my home; this office! I was super anxious arriving, but once I started interacting with the staff and doctors, my anxiety slowly diminished. Everyone was so nice, kind, and patient. It was the perfect balance of soft and energetic and made me feel welcomed and confident in their care. This was also the first office I've been to which allowed me to do both a contact lens fitting/prescription and glasses prescription in the same visit! It was such a positive experience, and I appreciate everyone there who I interacted with. Super recommend!!“
