this flower shop is run by one of the sweetest people i've ever spoken to, and the customer service is truly 12/10.

my friend was saying goodbye to her beloved cat, and since i live across the country, i wanted to send her flowers. i simply called the shop to place my order, and the person who answered the phone (i believe he was the owner) was incredibly kind and compassionate. he was so understanding of the situation, worked with my budget, and made the entire process so easy.

he kept me updated every step of the way, even sending me videos of the beautiful arrangement before and after it was delivered to my friend's home. i've never met him, but i'm genuinely grateful for the care and empathy he showed.

i'm so thankful i found this flower shop. the flowers were beautiful, but what i'll remember most is the kindness behind them. wishing this business continued success for many years to come, they truly deserve it!“
