2022... Peter returned and cleaned our small bedrooms for a base price. Once again; great customer service, on time, clean and tidy, plus unlike renting a carpet cleaning machine that's cheaper and leaves your carpet soaking wet, thanks to Down to Earth the carpets were almost dry by that night and completely dry by the next day. He also did a great job on the area rug, so we asked him to clean it again. Thanks Peter!
We called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the owner, Peter. He set up a same day appointment for us. His service technician, Juan, arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. and was finished by 2:30 p.m. His work was swift and superior. My husband and I both gave him a double WOW ! Our carpets look like brand new, and they are not soaking wet and waterlogged as in previous services we've used.
