The San Dieguito equine vets are fantastic- we use Dr Miranda Stripe and she is always prompt, professional and so knowledgeable when it comes to our horses care and medical needs. From minor issues and routine maintenance to scary moments like colic I trust that our horses are in good hands and truly cared for. We appreciate the whole team!

Fabulous Veternarians! Always the best in care! We've had several emergencies, they are always here immediately and treating the situation. Thank You for caring for our horses and being so kind and gentle with them!

Dr McClellan, Dr. James and the other staff have taken care of my horses for the past 8 years. They are the best! Always professional and the best with PPEs and lameness issues. I have a horse with ringbone that we manage very carefully. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. P and the practice.
