“We scheduled a deep clean of the interior of our house. Two girls arrived and spent a couple of hours cleaning. They did a very poor job and we were very disappointed in how much was missed. We emailed the company to inform them of the quality, and they apologized and offered a re-clean two days later. They sent Amber and she did a MUCH better job. We were super impressed and so happy with how great our house looked and how clean she got it. Thank you, Amber!
I suggest that Maidpro not send newer cleaners to do houses on their own. The girls who did the original cleaning were clearly new and inexperienced. Having a more seasoned person helping could have made a big difference.
Either way, we appreciate the quickness that they were able to send someone else, and the remedying of our situation.”
