I’ve been seeing Saye for about a year and a half now and I love her. She provide great service both in the tactical with styling hair and emotional ; I’ve gotten braids, two strand twists, and corn rows and all of them have look phenomenal. Additionally she works very fast like it’s the fastest I’ve had my hair done relative to its length. Also she just really fun to talk to and very insightful every time I see her. It’s like a whole experience when I’m getting my hair done. I could go on and on but I truly think you need to experience it for yourself.

My wife and I booked an hour in the Four Water Ouzels room. It was really nice. My wife especially enjoys spa facilities but is not big on booking massages, so it’s always a point of frustration when there’s a spa with nice facilities that doesn’t offer something like a day pass without a massage. The hot tub prices are not super cheap at Watercourse Way, but also not unreasonable given the area and quality of the facilities. The shower products provided were also shockingly good, to the point that I might buy some next time we go. We left feeling very refreshed.
the workers did their job perfectly and were very polite. but during my massage it was too loud in the jacuzzi. as if someone had a party there. too loud conversations and laughter that did not allow to relax and enjoy the massage.

My key fob stopped working, and my two backup keys didn't work, even after I got replacement batteries from O'Reilly Auto Parts and tried to re-program them myself. Pedro came on time, not only quickly created a new key with working remote but also got all my backup keys working. Not sure why the O'Reilly batteries didn't work, but I wasn't charged extra for the backup key repairs. And he came right to where I was. Highly recommend GoPro Locksmith if you need any lock/key services in the Palo Alto area!
Victor repaired a 15-year-old LG TV of mine with a bad power supply and told me a lot about it and the industry in the process. He also pointed out all of the components on the board he had repaired, and was methodical about how he took the TV apart and then tested it and then put it back together. I would definitely use him again. Feels so nice not to have to throw this otherwise perfectly good TV in the trash.

In fact, if there's one thing we wish we did differently, we would rather have hired Greenberg Construction's in-house architecture services.
When we ran into obstacles with the city during permitting, Ohad and the Greenberg team stepped in and proactively found solutions, keeping the project moving without unnecessary delays. There were times that I think their intervention actually sped things up with the city!
We're very detail-oriented homeowners, and Ohad consistently met that bar, communicating clearly, anticipating issues before they became problems, and managing the entire project personally from design through completion. He was intensely professional, and he knew how to smoothly work with us as self-proclaimed difficult customers. We had a leak in our 2F bathtub which was done by another contractor. I was expecting the worst case scenario where we had to replace the whole bath tub, and that is when Roy's team came in. They were very fair about their quote, and recommended to first only charge the opening of the 1F ceiling to assess the leak. Daniel and the team worked really hard to find and fix the problem, so we ended up not needing to replace the bath tub and minimized the cost. We liked them so much that we plan to do a kitchen cabinet replacement with them soon.
After having started out home renovation, we set out to look for a landscape architect that could design on challenging terrain that needed engineering. We wanted a design and build firm that would take responsibility for the entire project; we also knew it would be no small feat to find someone that met our need for excellent design and the ability to actually build what was designed on our land. We couldn't be more happy with our dentist, Dr. Stan Bjalajac, and his practice in Palo Alto. Dr. Stan is a perfectionist, and his eye is spot-on - he's helped me with some complicated stuff and the results are great. He's also a really nice person.
Finding a dentist who doesn't treat your mouth like a cash cow is tough, but this practice has real integrity. My previous clinic gave me a massive, overpriced treatment plan claiming I needed five fillings. I came here for a second opinion. The doctor did a thorough exam, showed me the digital X-rays, and proved that three of those were just minor, stable spots that only need monitoring, not drilling. Ended up paying a fraction of the price for the actual work needed. Highly respect their honesty.

I have been working with Dr Aaron at Vanderhoof Sport and Wellness Institute since May for shockwave therapy and the care has been consistently excellent. He pays close attention to detail and really tracks how the injury is responding over time instead of treating each session as a one off.
What stood out most was how intentional he is about checking in and making sure progress is actually happening. He is willing to adjust treatment based on what my body needs and he does not just go through a routine. He actively works toward full recovery. The level of follow through and care has been above and beyond throughout my rehab. I would definitely recommend him.
I've been seeing Naseem Gorgani for the last year or so. After having gone to many different chiropractic and physical therapist, it was Naseem , who finally was able to diagnose what might be going on with me, direct me to the help I needed and asking me to see a nurologist. I still go to Naseem on a regular basis since the therapy helps me a lot. Overall, it's been a night and day improvement in my back and neck .
Her staff is great- Melody , is a fantastic massage therapist and Nagali is an amazing front office manage.
They have a great location in Palo Alto.

Was recommended by a friend to come see James for a chronic pain and tendinitis on my left knee. After first session I could walk again and left the office feeling so good, but still little skeptical if this treatment was solving a problem that follows me for years. Couple sessions after and I was 100% recovered from my pain and could back to my normal activities as dance and gymnastics. James is an amazing chiropractor and put everything in place. I feel brand new after shock waves session. Always highly recommend James to my friends and everyone !

I highly recommend Kelsey Chung! I visited the Berman Skin Institute 2 weeks ago for a medical consultation. As I was new to the clinic, I initially was hesitant in discussing my concerns. However, not only was Kelsey patient, but she walked me through a treatment plan that felt personalized - allowing me to move forward with a treatment option that best suited my needs. Kelsey was very empathetic making me feel comfortable during a medical visit and eased any concerns that I had. After deciding to go forward with the surgery, I reached out to Kelsey with additional questions, and she was very quick to respond even during non-buisness hours! Additionally, the staff is very respectful and accommodating! 10/10 visit, I definitely will be continuing to visit the practice.

We recently made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved cat Simba, who was 16 years old and suffering from progressive kidney disease that had taken away her appetite and her quality of life. Choosing in-home euthanasia was difficult, but Peaceful Pathways made it as gentle and peaceful an experience as we could have hoped for.
From our very first phone call, Amy was warm, patient, and genuinely caring as she helped us set up the appointment. We weren't sure we were making the right decision, and she answered all our questions with kindness and reassurance during a really uncertain time.
When Dr. Jenn Winnick arrived, her compassion was immediately evident. She took the time to explain everything and assured us we were doing the right thing for Simba. She treated Simba with such gentle care and created a calm, loving atmosphere for her final moments. Her kindness turned an unbearably sad day into one filled with peace and dignity for our sweet girl.
We are forever grateful to Dr. Winnick and Amy for helping us say goodbye to Simba in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by love. If you're facing this difficult decision, I cannot recommend Peaceful Pathways highly enough.
My dog had a severe eye injury and Vision Care for Animals was able to schedule a consult within the day. We scheduled surgery within a couple of days and my dog made a full recovery. They did excellent work I highly recommend them to anyone.
Great veterinary team! Have been going with my dog since I adopted him and he loves going here! Super friendly staff, location looks great, they've helped us throughout the years deal with broken legs and cast changes, ear yeast infections, allergies etc.

YogaSix has become my go-to yoga studio. They offer a great variety of classes, and I've loved being able to mix things up depending on what I'm looking for that day. I've taken Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restore, and Sculpt. Power Flow and Sculpt are definitely more challenging and are great when I'm in the mood for something that feels a bit more like a Pilates-style workout, while Slow Flow and Restore offer a more traditional yoga experience.
One thing I really appreciate is how welcoming and respectful the studio is. The staff are always kind, and the instructors bring such positive energy to every class. Even when classes are full, the studio never feels overcrowded. There's always enough space between me and my neighbors. I'm usually not a fan of heated workouts, but for the heated classes, the temperature here feels very manageable. Unlike some other studios I've tried, I never felt dizzy or nauseous from the heat.
I also love how thoughtful they are about consent and personal preferences. They provide cards that allow you to indicate whether or not you'd like hands-on adjustments from the instructors. At the end of class, instructors ask us to wave if you prefer not to have the scented towel (usually lavender or citrus) waved over you. The instructors also celebrate class milestones and make everyone feel recognized (I got a shout-out after completing my third class!). These small details really show how much they care about creating a comfortable environment for everyone.
Overall, I love the variety of classes, the supportive instructors and staff, the emphasis on consent and comfort, and the cleanliness of the studio. Highly recommend!
Patricia’s Aging with Grace classes online and chair classes at the Palo Alto Library have helped me feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to my body. Her recent retreat at Ratna Ling in the hills of the Sonoma Coast was a perfect blend of movement and reflection.
Life-changing, so restorative...one session did more than one year of therapy and acupuncture combined. It's like acupuncture without the needles and can be truly integrated outside of sessions. Jenn is a holistic and somatic healer and integrates so much wisdom and teachings that also include meditation concepts. I'm in my early 30s, and wish I had started this sooner. I didn't realize how much fascia/muscle release would relieve my anxiety and stress. I feel eternally grateful for Jenn's therapy and support!
I had an awesome experience at Yoga Source. The studio is super clean, super chill, and has such good vibes. The instructors really know their stuff, and they’re super down-to-earth and patient, making sure everyone no matter their level feels comfortable. The classes were put together really well and left me feeling totally relaxed but also recharged. I loved the friendly atmosphere and how they made sure our form was on point. Definitely a spot I’m stoked to come back to!
Was feeling like I needed to wake my body up before I got back into some training...my outcomes were much more sustainable. Marcel is communicative, welcoming, provides clear expectations, space for client control and results. Did the 10 series. Each session had a different focus, but felt connected to one another. I experienced greatest/obvious impact early on (session 1) it felt like my walking gate completely reset...it was awesome, like reconnecting my brain and legs. I've played soccer for years and no doubt my body has been compensating one way or another for as long as I can remember - I started feeling balance. This kicked started a series of sessions/results that ultimately increased my full body range of motion, improved posture and core engagement, created a sense of deeper breathing, and feeling of flow in my movements. It's been about 3 months and I still can feel the effects...my mind/body connection is much stronger (like knowing immediately what to stretch/change if something feels off and being more confident on when to take breaks or lean in harder with exercises). I've been able to train and play soccer with more ease, less strain. Keeping it real, this is an investment. I decided I could redirect some spending to prioritize my body and health - my results were definitely worth it. Thank you, Marcel!
This was a wonderful experience. The massage therapist who worked on me felt very professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. My back pain has improved significantly. The environment here is elegant and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again.
Wendy demonstrated an extensive knowledge in multiple therapies and massage. She applied the Marma Point therapy to a sharply painful arthritic knee that provided immediate and long lasting relief. The experience was peaceful and worked so well.

Had several great myofascial massages with Robin and highly recommend her. At the time, I was dealing with several issues with my hand, including significant stiffness. The massage didn’t resolve everything I was experiencing, but after my session with Robin, the stiffness was gone and that particular issue has never returned.
Mia gives a great and relaxing massage. She uses her hands and elbows to hit the right spots. It feels amazing and relaxes me entirely.

Was flexible about a last minute appt changed which I appreciated greatly. Very easy to communicate with clear process. 90 min massage for $160 is a deal to me especially when incorporating so much intuition and various modalities- walked in with a specific concern that was actually NOT the area that needed the most support and I love when massage therapists can use their knowledge in this way. I would say a local gem.
I have been enjoying and feeling rejuvenated after every visit at k.o.massagetherapy. Once I was in such a bad shape, I was able to put my socks on after her treatment. Since I discovered Kaylynn four yrs ago, I have been gifting various types of massages and 90-min specials to all adults in my house and the feedback has been consistently of delight, praise and appreciation for her attentiveness and genuine care for the well-being of her clients. The studio is small and dimmer, like a cozy cocoon for awakening, brightened by Kaylynn' smile and kindness.
Mark will change your life. My regular doctor was sending me to an orthopedic surgeon to consider having surgery next month. Referred to Mark by a friend. Mark spent one hour with me a week ago and worked out my SI…. Realized when I laid down my left leg was slightly longer, and when I set up, it was slightly shorter, which meant something was tight. It was throwing everything off. The regular doctor will send you right into surgery or throw a drug at it. Through various stretches and massages… debilitating pain that prevent me from walking normal on my left ankle and forget about leaning over with my lower back - it all went away in about two days after seeing him. Miracle worker. Canceling orthopedic surgeon appt.
I visited this place yesterday and had a wonderful experience. They welcomed me very warmly and kindly. I had pain in my shoulder and neck, and they really helped treat it. My sessions with her are profoundly relaxing, I consistently find pain relief for various injuries, and I got pregnant swiftly after years of chronic illness through my care with her. I also really appreciate her added background as a functional medicine practitioner and her expertise in manual therapy. She listens very attentively and I always feel that she deeply cares about helping me feel better. In times when I see her a bit less consistently, she always checks in with me via messaging. Yaping Chen is so amazing. In one month working with her, my anxiety is barely there (it doesn't surface through the entire day) and I can sleep through the nights with no issue.
Yaping has this unique, unworldly way of working with people. Her heart is completely in her work, and she cares so much about her patients. She intuitively knows where blocks are in your body w/o you having to say much, and uses CranioSacral Therapy as a healing technique (that not many people know). Each accu session has brought so much joy.
