My 14 year old daughter has been going to this practice since she had any teeth. Her grandfather and father were patients. Yesterday, she broke a tooth on a popcorn kernel. We called at 4:50 PM, and they said to come! They kindly, compassionately and professionally removed her tooth with difficulty, under local anesthesia, staying over an hour late after they should have closed, because I said she had pain. They saves the fragments of the difficult extraction in a little case for the tooth fairy. That is not what you do if you are concerned about profits. That is what you do when you care about patients. God bless.Robyn

I've been going to this dentist for a little over 50 years, too! It's truly a family operation. I started with Dr. Kimberly's Grandfather, then father and now Dr. Stephen and Dr. Kimberly. I now live in San Jose, but make the trip because of the high level of trust and certainty. They have a knack for hiring great people and keeping them for a long time. In 55 years, I've never had a bad experience.

I am updating my last review from 2014. I am quite surprised by any low marks to this practice due to the fact that I may be the longest attending patient that I've seen. Effectively over 50 years. I not only vouch for their updating their equipment and for the professionalism of the staff, but they bend over backwards to accommodate you. Any gripes that are doled out to them, with a suspiciously low overall rating I highly doubt. If in fact some did encounter difficulties I am extremely skeptical that the staff did not do all in their power to rectify matters.
