Kay is a talented and thoughtful LMT! As a long time chronic pain patient, it’s always awesome to find a medical professional who is so attentive, communicative, and supportive. I felt heard and supported throughout the whole neuromuscular appointment, and physically, I felt great and refreshed after our session! I can’t wait for the next appointment.
Kay knows! She used the perfect amount of pressure by purely reacting to my body. The session was truly physically and spiritually rejuvenating. Bonus, there was little to no post soreness. Magically gifted hands, elbows and whatever else she was using, very talented. Mos def recommended!
I must say…WOW! I’ve experienced most of all the well known massage spas and therapists in Northern California but Kay is by far the best. Her attention to detail blew me away. She had no problem focusing on key areas of my body with just the right pressure, which is usually an issue for me. Also the hot stones and oil treatments are a MUST!!
