Went here to get a haircut for the summer and got exactly what I asked for. Richard was very nice and made it very comfortable for me since he also spoke Vietnamese. I also didn't have to wait long for my turn so it was a fairly quick visit. Definitely would come back here again.

I've been going here for 34 years. Always quick, never a wait, consistently good haircuts from barbers who remember what you like. This is how neighborhood barber shops should be.

I’ve been going to Sam’s since I moved to Palo Alto in 2015. It’s a great value and a great haircut. The barbers are talented and super fun to talk to. Unfortunately there was a rumor going around that they were closing and it has slowed business down for them so if anyone has heard this, my son and I recently got a haircut there last week and they are definitely open with no plans to close. Looking forward to many more years of haircuts here!
