Raf (massage/body work) and Dr. A (chiro) are life savers! Cannot thank them enough for helping me with pelvic floor injuries and upper body pain/tightness. Every time I go, I feel results and find motivation to increase my activity after years of stuggling. Thanks to the dream team!!!

I had an issue in my elbow from years of bicycle riding and yoga. I'd been getting by for the past 9 months in constant fear of potentially prolonging or possibly worsening the issue. I met with Aaron and with only 15 minutes on my arm he made a tremendous difference. A day or two after my visit with Aaron I was able to do planks and standing splits in yoga class. Two important postures I've been longing to do again. I also did not feel any pain on a 12 mile bike ride 2 days after my adjustment. Thank you Aaron! Life changing! Feels so good to have my arm back in full range of motion!

From the bottom of my heart: Dr. A (and Raf, the absolutely jacked massage expert) saved me! Who knew this mostly dude-run "sports and wellness" center would end up changing my life after a chronic birth injury sidelined me for years? He gifted me with the knowledge/care I desperately needed...many moons down the road, I'm in awe of the impact my Vanderhoof experience has had on my life and subsequent Kaiser appointments with pelvic floor/women's health experts.After a random (very painful!) neck issue popped up this fall, I booked same-day with Dr. Vanderhoof simply because he was available and close to my house.
