“Great and clean private tub rooms, we felt so relaxed. We went twice. Staff and booking process is subpar.
Could improve:
Staff is not the kindest, most accommodating or helpful, we go back for the amenities for now despite the service not being at par with what we'd expect.
For example, previous group that used the spa room were late leaving, which caused us to be able to access the tub room 15mins late, we were quite surprised we had to ask and insist our exit time was adjust so we had a full 60mins in the tub room despite the delay that was not on our part.
It felt like we were not very welcome to use a private shower space after the tub room, staff said we could but was making it sound complicated so we just didn't push that further.
Booking the tub rooms is also made unnecessarily complicated, with staff making it sound like we are bothering them when we call to make a reservation.”
