“Going on vacation and thought to get my lashes done to look nice for pictures. I am a faux-lash extension virgin so I was afraid it might get heavy and make my eyes droopy or irritated but none of the above and now I am ADDICTED. Katlyn was professional and did an incredible job with ease. My eyes are not one of my good feature so I constantly hid it behind my glasses but the way Katelyn did it makes my eyes look alive and sexy. I can't even feel it at all and forget that I was wearing it. I've received endless compliments. I am now scheduling routine fill with Katlyn.“

“Star is brilliant with color. I’ve lived in Menlo Park for over 3 years, been to many salons trying to find the perfect colorist for blonde hair. I finally found Star! She listened to exactly what I wanted. She gave me the light ash blonde the others couldn’t. She treated my hair like her canvas and took great care to ensure it stayed healthy. My hair looks expensive with high end color yet her prices are reasonable She is a positive, warm person who makes you feel at ease in her care. I am absolutely going back to her. “I get my hair cut by Arlene at True Salon and it’s always been a great experience! The atmosphere is relaxing, Arlene is friendly, and I can tell how talented she is because my hair comes out totally different with her. My hair isn’t difficult to work with but I can still tell the difference between the work I get done here and work I’ve had done other places. It’s clearly higher quality, and since I started buying my shampoo/conditioner from True Salon too my hair has been AMAZING, even as I start to turn gray!“

“Nancy is really great, she’s the only one I trust to cut my hair after having a bad experience elsewhere (I have long hair fyi). She’s meticulous and makes sure the length and layers are even, even when it’s very busy. Prices are so low and I hope they stay in business a long time so I can come back. (She’s very busy since she manages everything herself with no front desk receptionist, which is probably why prices can be so low, so if you are understanding and patient about that, it’s so worth it and the best place I recommend)“

“I went there for the waxing package, no wait time as the salon was empty on a Friday afternoon.The girl who helped me was very sweet and helped me feel comfortable and asked about the wax temperature to ensure it didn’t burn my skin. She also was very good at checking in with me every time she finished waxing a section to ensure I was satisfied with the results.It’s very conveniently located for on El Camino Real and the price is very good. I haven’t tried any other service but hope to return.“
