Tracy was very accommodative to my last-minute request! On top of that, she paid incredible attention to detail and took her time to ensure that I received the specific haircut I wanted. I'd definitely come back again next time I'm in the bay area!
I was a little hesitant to get a haircut at this place. It had been 2 years since I last got a haircut and my hair is very difficult to work with. I have very thick 2a-2b hair. I had a lot of split ends and I wanted my layers to be redone. Julie did an amazing job and did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning and this will be my go-to hair salon! For the price, it was great and no complaints at all. Julie was also very friendly and nice, really considered my wishes. Thank you!
