Mark spent one hour with me a week ago and worked out my SI…. Realized when I laid down my left leg was slightly longer, and when I set up, it was slightly shorter, which meant something was tight. It was throwing everything off. The regular doctor will send you right into surgery or throw a drug at it. Through various stretches and massages… debilitating pain that prevent me from walking normal on my left ankle and forget about leaning over with my lower back - it all went away in about two days after seeing him. Miracle worker. Canceling orthopedic surgeon appt.“

Im wrapping up the 12-week program. It starts with an assessment to shape your plan, then twice-weekly sessions that pushed me without overdoing it and stayed varied enough to keep interesting.
Monthly check-ins on weight and muscle composition kept me accountable to my goals: losing weight and rebuilding back strength after an injury.
