This is the definition of top notch service. I called with a problem with my hydronic heating system. He said he could show up in a couple of hours. First wow, Sure enough, the truck pulled up 2 hours later.
He looked at the controls and quickly identified the problems including demonstrating the problems in a way that he couldn’t have been making up.
I asked for an estimate, and he clearly divided the cost between parts and labor.
Second wow, he had the parts in stock ON HIS TRUCK.
Two hours later, everything was installed, tested, and cleaned up.
While I hope to never need his services again, I would call him in a heartbeat if needed.
P.s. he also said he had 20 years of experience with a well known long term hydronics provider.
After I called in early Saturday morning, technicians came fast to fix the noise in the roof vent cap. Problem resolved quickly.
Daniel remodeled our large master bathroom. All his guys were kind, competent, and trustworthy. Unlike other builders, he did not start the job and then leave to go begin another one leaving me high and dry for several days. They were there every day until the job was complete. In fact, I expanded the scope by having him do smaller size remodel on our other bathrooms and he got everything done in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and very honest. I highly recommend him in his crew.
Armando and his team did an excellent job of turning my patio into a Japanese garden. He is most knowledgeable about type of plants to use in a shaded area, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up everything at the end of the day. I will continue to use them into the future.

This is third time in the last month that members of our extended family were very pleased with Palo Alto Plumbing. For today's plumbing job at our house, Jake was terrific. He came on time, he was obviously very skilled, he knew that we had old plumbing fixtures and he knew how to work with them, and he got the faucet replaced in 1/2 an hour even though we thought it would take much more time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He was also willing to wear a mask. He even wore covers on his shoes when he came indoors to keep our house clean.
Had really relaxing massages with Danielle and Belle here!! I love the wellness shot they offer after the massage.
I love business here. Been coming here for the past 5years!!! They treat you like family. It's always busy so I recommend making an appointment. Many people that walk in get upset because they see people that arrived after them get taken care of 1st but that's because they have appointments. The owner is down to earth especially with my children.

Then, a staff member arrived with an entire collection of thoughtful items just for my child: a stuffed toy, a kids’ bathrobe, slippers, towel, toiletries, and even kid-sized napkins. It was completely unexpected and such a wonderful surprise.
The next morning at breakfast, before our food even arrived, we were offered complimentary beverages and chocolate bombs to try. Again, it was the little things.
I’ve stayed in more luxurious hotels, but what made this place stand out was the attention to detail and the genuine care behind every interaction. They continuously found small ways to surprise and delight us throughout our stay, and those thoughtful touches turned an ordinary hotel visit into a truly memorable experience. ❤
