This is the definition of top notch service. I called with a problem with my hydronic heating system. He said he could show up in a couple of hours. First wow, Sure enough, the truck pulled up 2 hours later.
He looked at the controls and quickly identified the problems including demonstrating the problems in a way that he couldn’t have been making up.
I asked for an estimate, and he clearly divided the cost between parts and labor.
Second wow, he had the parts in stock ON HIS TRUCK.
Two hours later, everything was installed, tested, and cleaned up.
While I hope to never need his services again, I would call him in a heartbeat if needed.
P.s. he also said he had 20 years of experience with a well known long term hydronics provider.
Armando and his team did an excellent job of turning my patio into a Japanese garden. He is most knowledgeable about type of plants to use in a shaded area, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up everything at the end of the day. I will continue to use them into the future.

I initially contacted Noberto for a string of lights that went out. He was responsive and extremely communicative and ensured I was in the loop on all options. We then had him install an outdoor camera system and once again he did so professionally and spent the time needed to get the job done right. He is definitely my go to electrician going forward. He's honest, fair and effective!
Working side by side is one of the best ways to judge a character. I like Paul, enjoy his company and trust him. We shared a laugh, I got my lumber, he moved some of his stock for a very reasonable price. This is third time in the last month that members of our extended family were very pleased with Palo Alto Plumbing. For today's plumbing job at our house, Jake was terrific. He came on time, he was obviously very skilled, he knew that we had old plumbing fixtures and he knew how to work with them, and he got the faucet replaced in 1/2 an hour even though we thought it would take much more time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He was also willing to wear a mask. He even wore covers on his shoes when he came indoors to keep our house clean.
I love business here. Been coming here for the past 5years!!! They treat you like family. It's always busy so I recommend making an appointment. Many people that walk in get upset because they see people that arrived after them get taken care of 1st but that's because they have appointments. The owner is down to earth especially with my children.

Great place, great staff (for the most part), and an overall wonderful atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and nearly everything about the stay was outstanding.
I don’t like being the person to leave criticism, but I do want to mention one concern. There is a middle-aged to older woman who greets guests at the restaurant, and during my stay I felt she consistently treated people of color differently. At first, I assumed it was simply her personality, but after observing her interactions with other guests, the difference in her demeanor became noticeable. She wasn’t unfriendly to everyone, but her attitude toward people of color felt markedly less welcoming.
This stood out because it was completely out of character with the rest of the staff. The reception team, servers, and everyone else I encountered were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
I’m not writing this to affect anyone’s livelihood, but rather because feeling unwelcome is something no guest should experience. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to ensure that every guest receives the same warm hospitality that the rest of the team consistently provides.
