Bina is a true healer and extraordinary body worker. Her therapeutic massage and the wisdom she shared during the session created a total mind, body, spirit reset. I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment with her in Palo Alto.

I strained my lower back pretty bad about 6 weeks ago and could not find any kind of relief despite my efforts. I have two small kiddos and holding them was only making my pain worse. So after reading her reviews, I decided to give Bina a try. Words can't even express HOW MUCH RELIEF she has given me! The strain I thought would take months to heal, she helped with immensely. I'm feeling about 85% better than I have been in weeks and I've even been able to wean down on the ibuprofen I was taking twice a day. Bina took her time and worked on my body from head to toe. Uniquely wonderful experience with Bina, covering a far greater portion of the body than the typical massage. For example the head, ears, nose, cheeks, chin, chest, abs, and shins! I felt both relaxed and energized from head to toe.
