We used Roys builders for our primary bathroom remodel and are very happy that with the results. I honestly didn't want to deal with the burden of construction or remodel but They made the process painless from start to finish. Designing is not my forte so having Natalee to help me in the process was priceless. I was impressed with the level of daily communication among all team members from office staff, laborers and project managers. They worked with great attention to detail and attended to my concerns promptly. Thanks for making this an easy and stress free process for our family.

We recently used Roy's Builders for a home addition in Sunnyvale, and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. Initially, we interviewed 3 contractors, and we decided on Roy's because of their fair price, strong reviews on Yelp, and the promise of a good working relationship. They were not rock bottom in terms of pricing and definitely not the most expensive, but in the middle as a very fair and competitive bid. "You get what you pay for" is what others may tell us, and sometimes going with the cheapest bid can bring more trouble.
