He provided a quote via text before I committed to him doing the job, was clear and prompt with communication, arrived at the time he promised and completed the job successfully. Programmed a Kia key FOB for me and at the quoted price. He gave me the option of ordering my new FOB or letting him provide one. Way cheaper than what the dealer wanted.

Reviews
Super happy! The on-site exam showed that I needed more than just one replacement. Everything was well explained. Phil was a true professional. Super clean. Just great service. Top tools, top products. Best of all they came and serviced the same day I called. I was expecting to pay double for what I received. Thumbs up!
My key fob stopped working, and my two backup keys didn't work, even after I got replacement batteries from O'Reilly Auto Parts and tried to re-program them myself. Pedro came on time, not only quickly created a new key with working remote but also got all my backup keys working. Not sure why the O'Reilly batteries didn't work, but I wasn't charged extra for the backup key repairs. And he came right to where I was. Highly recommend GoPro Locksmith if you need any lock/key services in the Palo Alto area!
