I'm so glad a friend recommended Bay Valley Electric. It might sound cheesy but they should wear capes because they are my heroes. The amount of work we needed was small but they still treated me like a high value customer. Alex was professional and very good at explaining the work he was doing. Our outside outlets have not worked since we've owned our home and we've never been able to have Christmas Lights. Alex saved Christmas! We can now have christmas lights and i'm so excited. He was also able to fix our exterior light so I no longer have to go to work in the dark. He also checked on some safety concerns I had. They cleaned up after themselves, didn't leave anything undone, and even took the time to answer my four year olds questions. Very nice to work with. The office was also great at follow-up for scheduling our initial appointment and giving us a realistic time frame of when work could be completed. Call them!
