I was a new customer and unfortunately under a time constraint on getting the work done and Sebastian did what he could do to make that happen. It turned out I needed additional materials (pool lights) and he called around after hours to source these for me so he could get them installed in time for my event. Which included him putting on goggles and going underwater to do the install - which he assured me was no big deal and he does it all the time.
