Elena listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and somehow achieved the perfect balayage color on the very first try. The color is beautifully blended, rich, dimensional, and looks even better than I imagined. She also gave me the most gorgeous haircut - the layers fall beautifully and give my hair so much movement.
