“Just spent an hour on the phone with Jeremy Goldberg. I was given a MAC with no training....have been a "PC User" my entire life (until now). Needless to say, I was stressing out due to unfamiliarity and having to re-wire my brain. In addition, I had the challenge of not losing all my contacts and notes (from exchange contacts) and getting this information to communicate with my I-Cloud account...which I was not able to have work. “I'm about nine months into my updated setup with the Nvidia Quadro A6000 GPU that I had installed by King Star. This is a special order item that enables you to run dual 8K displays on only one GPU. It's been fantastic, no joke-- very clear that the A6000 is enterprise hardware and crushes consumer offerings, even from Nvidia (I previously had a 3090). The A6000 runs cooler and faster than the 3090, as you can see from my telemetry. You can even do broadcasting in 4K using Open Broadcast Studio without dropping any frames (or recording in 8K with no dropped frames). I will definitely be coming back to King Star in the event I want to add another A6000 to run two more 8K displays for a 16K screen...that would be really crazy, but this is the kind of thing you can do with a great systems integrator like King Star. I recently switched to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 from Windows 11 Pro, and the system they built performs flawlessly in RHEL 9 as well, with minimal effort. Take my money!“

“Super Wash Millbrae was a delightful surprise. I had dreaded washing all my blankets and comforters, which didn't fit in my home washing machine. I thought I would need a million quarters, but found out that at Super Wash, I could just use my credit card on many of their machines. While using quarters on one of the dryers, however, John, the attendant (owner?) kindly came over to explain to me that I could just add quarters if more time needed as long as I did so before the initial 20 minutes expired. This man was trying to save me money in his laundromat!!! The one dollar bill changer dispensed however many quarters I needed. I easily purchased four Downey sheets. All the washers and dryers worked great and the place was clean as a whistle. I enjoyed chatting with a few of the other patrons, and John came over and offered to help when it was time to fold my clean, dry, fluffy comforters! A chore I had dreaded took a very short time to accomplish and turned into a lovely adventure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!“
