Floor & Decor is a hard surface flooring store offering an incredible selection and everyday low prices. The store features a wide range of quality, in-stock flooring and installation products to fit any project need. Customers can find beautiful tile, gorgeous wood, and elegant stone among the amazing products available. The store provides free design services and has a dedicated PRO services team for professionals. The staff are very friendly and amazing, with team members like Luis being highly knowledgeable and super friendly. Other staff members, such as Yvette, Jackie, and Marissa, are also commended for their friendly and helpful assistance, spending hours helping customers pick out flooring, look up information, give ideas and suggestions, and figure out square footage and pricing. The guys that work there were helpful as well and fun to joke around with. Customers can expect a great experience with kind and professional staff. The porcelain tile was amazing!
Our project started at Floor and Decor where we picked out our tiles and signed up for their installation service. Their contractor is Cardoso Tile & Construction, Cardoso Construction impressed us from the moment we met them. Their entire crew was professional, caring and beyond clean. Every day when they left the job site was spotless and organize. They turned an awkward space in my bathroom into a beautiful walk in shower that is beyond our expectation. I had such an amazing experience at Floor & Decor and truly cannot say enough positive things about the staff there. From the moment I walked in, employees were attentive, welcoming, and consistently checked in to see if I needed help. It’s rare these days to receive such outstanding customer service, and this store absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I had an amazing experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Pete, the assistant manager. I’m currently doing a full remodel on my house, and honestly felt overwhelmed before coming in. Pete took the time to guide me through everything, answer all my questions, and help me get on the right track with my selections and planning. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decisions for my home. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Pete if you visit!
