“I'm very happy with Cedar North Sleep. I was refered to them by my dentist to get a new sleep apnea device. Dr. Benita Tong's quality of service and care was evident from the first appointment I had with her and her staff. Now have a new device that I really love and am sleeping 1000% better. Additionally, she really went above and beyond for me. My health insurance was going to be switched to a different provider at the end of the year and she knew that the device was going to be more fully covered by my current insurance than by my new provider, but we didn't have much time to finish the process. She and her staff member Jade worked very hard to make sure there was a rush put on every step of the process. “There was nothing routine about my biannual cleaning & check up yesterday. At 55, I’ve reached the age where I enter every medical office with a smidge of ambivalence knowing any visit might yield some not awesome news. Yesterday was that day, only myself nor my mouth were ready for this shock. It was like that recurring nightmare where all my teeth are crumbling out of my mouth only I was too awake as I quietly comforted my teeth and the ill fate that had befallen them.

“Am I dying?!” I asked Dr. Singh.
“I don’t know…”, he replied.

In hindsight I should’ve opened my voice memo app to record the detailed treatment plan for tooth 3, 4, 5, 7, 11-18, 31, 16-18, seemingly a cavity for every tooth, rework this crown and that crown, a couple new crowns, possible extraction of that tooth and possibly this tooth, but will keep our eye on that one, inlays here, here, here-possible infection, Dr. Singh so thorough in his explanation not once but twice my frontal lobe had altogether stopped filing information. What with my amygdala making its way down my colon and all.

“One step at a time” I was reassured.

Special shout out to Ashley, my angel of a hygienist who masterfully worked her sorcery cleaning my teeth before offering a possible medical explanation (conditions that might cause dry mouth) outside of “have you recently gnawed your way out of an active volcano?” She suggested a couple over the counter remedies to counteract said Saharan Swamp, and sent me on my way with a hug and the next available appointment the following morning.

I’m also very grateful to Melissa who assisted this morning and always immediately puts my mind at ease from the moment I walk into the office and throughout every procedure. She is the one who can undoubtedly see me bracing for lift off in the chair every visit, and I appreciate her constant check ins. She’s as wonderful as the relief of her cold water hose.

“Dr. Mendoza's office was initially able to schedule me quickly for a first time visit. After completing my 2nd visit 6 months later, I can say that first impressions were true. His staff is courteous, the office is very clean, and the hygienist does a fantastic job and answers all of my questions. Dr. Mendoza works quickly and efficiently also answering my questions and offering advice and educating me on all of my options for care. I'm never waiting longer than 5 mins after check in to be seen and taken back. I recommended Dr. Mendoza to a colleague and his experience was positive too. I am happy to have a found a professional dentist and professional staff that are great to me.“

“Came in for tooth pain and they helped me get a deep cleaning and gum therapy. I’m scheduled for a root canal tomorrow so I will update my experience on that. Overall the staff is super friendly and understanding. I have anxiety going to the dentist so I’m happy to finally found a place that I’m comfortable being in. I came in with no insurance but the lady helped me find a payment plan within my budget. They also don't make you wait long either to get things done. 5/5 stars! Give this dental office a try!“

“Recently, I had a cracked molar as well as a chip on the same tooth. A 60-year-old filling had fallen out of that tooth. Dr. Lopez put a new crown on that tooth, and he did a fabulous job. I never had any pain because he was so careful, and the crown fits perfectly. I believe he is the best dentist I have ever had.“

“Dr Donan and his staff have been wonderful to work with ever since I had my first appointment. He is extremely professional, talented, and informative, and he creates a safe space to hold dialogues with him about the state of your dental health. I had a teeth cleaning done first, and then a little while later I began the process of having 2 crowns replaced - on the same day and without any soreness. A couple weeks later I had both new crowns attached permanently with minimal soreness again. His staff is extremely friendly and informative as well, and always make me feel at home.
