Got a 2nd opinion at Smilaneck AC and not only did they fix it (labor costs only), but it now runs at a 24 PPM carbon monoxode level- WHICH IS WHAT BRAND NEW UNITS DO (it was 44 PPM before). “First of all, I have to say their customer service is OUTSTANDING! We started out just wanting to replace our water heater. We shopped around and Costless was by far the best price! Costless does not charge to come out and give estimates. There were quit a few places that did. Sam and Nathan came out and not only were they so nice, but very professional. They came out to give us an estimate on the water heater replacement and while they were here, I asked if they could also give us one to replace our VERY OLD Ac/heater unit. They did so with a smile. So, what started out as just a water heater replacement also turned into an AC/heater replacement too as well as adding insulation! Everything has been installed and it is awesome! “I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Patrick AC and Heating, and I must say, they are nothing short of amazing. After dealing with some of the largest HVAC companies in Fresno, I found myself in a frustrating situation where another company actually turned off my system and tried to convince me that I needed to shell out $20,000-$25,000 for a new heater in my 1400 sq.ft. rental property. Feeling skeptical, I sought second, third, and even fourth opinions.To my relief, the three companies I consulted with confirmed that there was no serious issue with my heating system that warranted such drastic measures. It makes me wonder how many other residents in Fresno and Clovis have faced similar situations with these supposedly reputable companies. “I had a malfunctioning heater and called JC Melton. They came to my house in a timely manner. I had explained to Joe and Marcus what I was experiencing. They did a thorough inspection of our equipment and located the problem. Joe took a video of the issue occuring with his phone so I could see it also. I really appreciate that. My main circuit control board needed replacement and they were able to replace it and service the unit. I am so pleased with the professionalism that they displayed and making us feel confident in their workmanship.
