Two weeks ago, my toddler pooped on our WHITE West Elm wool rug. I called Fresno Rug Cleaning & Repair and within two hours the owner and his son were at my house to pick up the rug -- for free! It is a 7 x 10 rug and we paid $280 for a cleaning. They delivered the rug today and it looks brand new! Fluffy, white, soft! Best customer service. Nicest humans. Highly recommend!

Wow! We have several Oriental rugs … all of excellent quality … and had been looking for a full service, knowledgeable company to get them cleaned. It was to our good fortune that we found Fred and team at Fresno Rug Center!! Fred knew so much about each rug, and had a clear understanding of the design, material and where each was made. We sent our first rug to be cleaned as a trial and were simply AMAZED at the result. Not only was it clean and fresh … the color had been restored to ‘like new’ condition! Can I give 6 stars?!?! Service is great! Very clear concise and GREAT work! LOVE the cleaning they did!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! So glad I found this place and you will be too!! Will use in the future!! Can't go wrong---don't keep looking--just call!!
