She cleaned up the mess (grey smudge areas, requiring lots of maintenance bc they didn’t match my face. Kim made them look natural again!! Great artist. Very patient and listened to my needs. On my way there, they called to let me know she would not be able to make the appt, but they’d squeeze me in regardless. The salon was super busy, but 3 different stylists helped get my hair done.
