The company has also received praise for its service-oriented approach, with customers highlighting the knowledge and experience of the staff.

One customer described how Dan was incredibly accommodating. They initially booked services for carpet cleaning in two bedrooms and tile sealing and cleaning in the hallway. Later, they asked Dan if he could also clean and seal tile in two bathrooms, the entryway, and in front of the back door, as well as the living room. Despite the extra work, Dan went over each tile with a paintbrush on his knees to ensure thorough cleaning, which made the floors look better than when the house was bought. The customer was surprised at how dirty the grout was, thinking it was just the natural look of aging grout.

Another customer shared that they have a light-colored carpet in a heavy traffic area that probably should be replaced, but Quality Carpet Care makes it look like new again every time they clean it. They expressed happiness with how beautiful their carpet turned out, especially noting that old spots were removed thanks to Ryan, who was knowledgeable about carpet care. They highly recommend Quality Carpet and plan to call them again.

Overall, Quality Floor Care is a highly recommended floor care service that provides excellent results and exceptional customer service.
