I've been to several Pilates studios and in my opinion, P6 Pilates has the most skilled and well trained instructors! Easy to book and cancel classes and the studio is up to date and clean.
My first class ever had me wondering, “ Is this even a workout?!” My hair wasn’t messed up, I wasn’t drenched in sweat, I had not worked myself to exhaustion. But you see, I’m used to high intensity workouts in intensely heated rooms. To my surprise, the next day I felt little muscles sore in places I’d never really been sore in. I went back again. And again. And again. Now I see the magic of Pilates! The low impact of this workout is incredible as I have tennis elbow and wrist issues. IT IS HARD IF YOU’RE DOING IT RIGHT! There are so many little cues that each instructor gives you to help with your form and so much of it is from your core.

I've taken 2 classes so far and I do love the small group as the instructors can really give you that individual attention. I have one more left in my 3-Pack new student deal and would get into a regular membership but the times offered really doesn't work out as I need a class that starts at the earliest 6:30pm. If you don't work or work in the evenings there are tons of day classes available. I do recommend P6.
