The service is professional and timely, with great communication. The technicians take their time, with one spending nearly five hours to ensure the carpets have never looked better. Drying times are reasonable, with carpets mostly dry in 7 hours and fully dry at 12 hours on a warm day. With reasonable pricing, they are highly recommended, especially for pet owners, and customers plan to utilize their services regularly.
I haven't had my carpet cleaned in at least 5 years and between my lil zoo of animals and the ones coming in for fostering and boarding, disgusted doesn't begin to describe how I was feeling about my carpet. I wasn't expecting much but 2 days later I can confidently say they did a fantastic job! It was a warm day which helped with the drying process; mostly dry 7 hours in and fully dry at 12 hours. I'll definitely be referring them to other pet owners and with the reasonable pricing, I'll be utilizing their services 2x a year so I'm never disgusted again!

They did an awesome job! I’ve never had a cleaner rug. It was a move out and the rug wasn’t in the best shape to begin with. It was an old rug. They made it look almost new. I whole heartedly recommend them to do your carpets.
