“The owner/masseuse does an amazing job! I go in with my shoulders and hands super tight and I leave all loosey-goosey. I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days via text. There's plenty of parking in the facilities. Just look for the Sola Salon as it's a bunch of different Businesses within the building. You go down and you enter turn right and her place is on the right the sign above. I first sign a waiver that also asks what parts I want her to focus on. Then I change into a generic top and bottom and lay on my stomach. First she starts off with a warm towel on my feet and presses my elbows and feet and she works of the legs into my back and to the areas that I requested. I also requested a firm pressure and she is strong. I then turn over and she massages my hands, arms, feet, legs and shoulders. She uses her body weight and uses a mix of her feet, arms and elbows. She balances using a suspended wood bar that is above the massage table. Be sure to drink lots of water after! My neck feels amazing! I can now move it around freely! I got the steroid shot in my hip, but what I really needed was someone who could assess the cause and stop treating symptoms. Chris was aces on this. He was so thorough in examining a long history of overuse of muscles, misuse in gym equipment, misuse in warm-up exercises and recognized gait problems that developed over time. “My son had two sessions of the Cranial Facial Release. He is five years old and was diagnosed with sleep apnea due to enlarged tonsils and adenoids. He needs surgery to remove them, but per pediatricians orders, the protocol is jumping through hoops before surgery is approved. He's been dealing with this since December 2022!We've tried prescribed medication, holistic medicine, and cupping. The only thing that has helped him was CFR and lymphatic massage. We are very grateful for Dr. Torrey Schroeder's skills and knowledge of this technique. The results have helped his nasal breathing, which will bide us time until he can have the surgery he needs.
