This company was the best. From the woman who took my call to the repairman that came out to fix my dryer, top notch professionals. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.
Angel was honest and really wanted to fix my issue.He talked with me about a yearly membership that allows priority scheduling, discounts on all parts/installation and zero cost service calls, to include all appliances.This offer was just a few dollars more than my service call cost me today!!
Zip Appliance Repair and Service sent their tech, David, out to assess the problem with my leaky washing machine. He was thorough, professional and very pleasant. Everything was explained, best solutions were discussed and a repair plan was initiated. Will change the rating once repairs are actually done and I can start using my washer again problem free. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to others as well.
