Dr. Mundy and his team are competent and caring, providing the best service and dentistry. The staff is super friendly, professional, warm, and efficient. They are the ultimate professionals who obviously know what they are doing and do it very well. Patients report phenomenal cleanings and great dental work, with no upselling. The experience is thorough and quick, making a usually unpleasant visit enjoyable. Many consider Dr. Mundy the best dentist they have been to, with stellar service from the entire office.
I just had my first appointment as a new patient with Dr. Mundy. From the moment I arrived, his receptionist was attentive and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long at all. I was given x-rays by the most patient hygienist. I have a really sensitive gag reflex and she made the process so smooth, using a topical numbing solution to help the issue. When I saw Dr. Mundy, he was the most thorough dentist I have ever seen. He explained each procedure in details I could understand and helped me to figure out the most logical way to treat my dental issues using different phases of treatment, to prioritize what was most important. What can I say but nothing but good things about Dr Mundy and his entire staff. I recently started with Dr. Mundy about a year ago I've had two cleanings prior and a minor procedure done today 07/15/24. Professional, friendly, quick. So far a great dentist. Don't know about the poor reviews but they seem more about insurance issues.
I've been going to Dr. Mundy for about 5 years now and he is hands down the best dentist that I've been to in my whole adult life! His whole staff is super friendly and professional! They also do a phenomenal job with cleanings! And any other dental work I need! They never try and upscale me on shit I don't need! When anyone is looking for a new dentist I always recommend this office!
