“Kurt and his team are awesome. They’re readily available honestly any minute of the day to answer questions and get things done. They got us the best rates by far, Even beat my personal bank that have been baking with for 20+ years.
You can tell this is their job and sole purpose It’s making sure their customers are happy so they do it extremely well as opposed to others who just want to take your business.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat and plan on using them in the future as well.
Honestly, he’s built such a great team (Special shout out to Christie as well Who is readily available to handle any impromptu questions.)”

“Initially before I met April, I had all the feelings of doubts, discouragement, and nervousness. Since April is not only professional but personable, it really helped me move forward and see things differently. She is a go-getter… I appreciate her responsiveness, patience, and positivity throughout this process. She did not hesitate to show up to see 10 homes or 1 home. I feel like my first time home buying experience has been smooth. I am especially happy and proud to surprise my kids, that we have OUR own HOME! Thank you so much April! I also want to give a big shout out to Joshua Hodges— for being a strong support in the lending aspect of all this. It still feels like a dream and I literally slept through most of the days the two of you reached out to me… I really appreciate you and your teams hard work!”
