“First of all, I have to say their customer service is OUTSTANDING! We started out just wanting to replace our water heater. We shopped around and Costless was by far the best price! Costless does not charge to come out and give estimates. There were quit a few places that did. Sam and Nathan came out and not only were they so nice, but very professional. They came out to give us an estimate on the water heater replacement and while they were here, I asked if they could also give us one to replace our VERY OLD Ac/heater unit. They did so with a smile. So, what started out as just a water heater replacement also turned into an AC/heater replacement too as well as adding insulation! Everything has been installed and it is awesome! It was all done in a couple of days and it is all amazing! Wonderful job, professional, friendly and I have to give a shout out to Sam, Nathan, Angel, Gilbert, Rafael and Ethan!! “I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Patrick AC and Heating, and I must say, they are nothing short of amazing. After dealing with some of the largest HVAC companies in Fresno, I found myself in a frustrating situation where another company actually turned off my system and tried to convince me that I needed to shell out $20,000-$25,000 for a new heater in my 1400 sq.ft. rental property. Feeling skeptical, I sought second, third, and even fourth opinions.To my relief, the three companies I consulted with confirmed that there was no serious issue with my heating system that warranted such drastic measures. It makes me wonder how many other residents in Fresno and Clovis have faced similar situations with these supposedly reputable companies. I called Art Douglas Plumbing and asked for a technician who could help me out with a free estimate before the job was worked on.The technician I received was Dustin who came across very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on his assessment of my issue. An estimate was given of which I deemed fair and the leak was quickly worked on.Just from my experience with Dustin, I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. “Over the weekend I noticed that my hot water went out, and went out to see that the inlet to my hot water heater was leaking. I shut the valve off, and because I had used them twice before and was very happy with their work, I called A1 Noble Plumbing, and Ben immediately answered and setup an appointment for Monday morning. He was able to come out and found out that the leaking water had flooded my water heater, so he took everything apart to dry it, replaced the broken inlet line, and got it up and running. I was very impressed with his quick service and very reasonable rate. I plan to continue calling A1 Noble for my future plumbing needs.“

“My services started off rough over a key and a lock with one of the technicians, which puzzled me because we have used Lee’s for years and I recently replaced two HVAC units, 3 thermostats, a back flow repaired & all my plumbing and all the guys that came out were great too me which is why it puzzled me. “we needed the cartridge behind the handle in the shower replaced. I called Lee's plumbing first, because Lee's had a $49. service charge which is about the lowest. They wanted $609, YES $609 just to change the cartridge. OUTREAGOUS!! I called Clovis plumbing, they were out the next day and did it, labor and parts included for 1/3 of Lee's wanted. The 2 people that came were very friendly, polite, clean and kept us informed all along the way. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future I will call Clovis Plumbing.“
