“I’m obsessed with my garden and Providence Horticulture helps me every step of the way. I have a beautiful old olive tree that I was worried about and called the arborist for a consultation. They evaluated its health and let me know it was ok. They also spray it yearly to prevent olives and helped to prune it into a natural shape. I also have my garden fertilized 4 times a year. Their fertilizer mixture is season specific and helps keep my garden fed-even during the excruciating summer heat. In addition, they spray my crepe Myrtle’s and roses early in the season to prevent pests, like white fly, later in the season. Lastly, they’ve trimmed and shaped our large trees. I want to specifically mention Mike for the special care he gives my plants—also, he doesn’t mind it when I micromanage his work!“

Israel and Israel Jr. managed the project with great skill, combining my requests with their professional recommendations for the 2.5 day project. The crew was careful, friendly and did an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.Israel Sr noticed an oak that wasn’t doing well, and let me know about Ian Ashby, a certified arborist who works with them.Ian was the most knowledgeable arborist I have encountered in the 45+ years I’ve lived in Fresno. He diagnosed my tree and noticed another with a more urgent problem. He also kindly checked a tree on county land that has special meaning to me, and enlightened me about others I see daily but knew little about.
