We had extensive water damage from a broken hot water line in the foundation that had to be rerouted through the attic and walls. Olsen accepted the job as general contractor and scheduled work to correct our damage. Though no fault of their own, the process had been seemingly slow due to work load, severity of damage, and scheduling problems. That seems to be the "nature of the beast". You won't find a better company for your restoration and construction needs than Olsen Construction and Restoration Co. They were referred to me by my insurance company when my roof leaked, resulting in a waterfall that gushed through my ceiling in the middle of the night during the Covid-19 pandemic. What a nightmare! Thankfully Olsen Construction and Restoration employs the most kind, respectful and professional people. Now that the work is complete, I can enjoy my home again.
