I have now been going to Adrienne for about a year and can say that the increase in range of movement has improved and my nearve pain has almost been resolved. My left thumb and pointing finger was numb from nerve pinch in shoulder but as she has worked on area the feeling has returned to my hand and I can reach over my head, both have improved my ability to continue to take care of myself.If you haven't tried therapy before this is a great place to begin, see if she can help!

All I can say is as soon as you walk into the waiting room you'll want to come back! It was more than inviting and soothing. I really enjoyed my massage with Adrienne. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime that was much needed. To be one with the client is another level of gratefulness. Thank you for helping me start my true healing journey ! Amazing massage. She took such good care and got all the tension and knots out of back and shoulders. I left feeling relaxed and so much better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a massage.
