Patients describe the overall experience as great, with the provider treating them like family. The team's friendly and professional attitude makes it a pleasure to receive care at DirectDerm.
David Mapes did an absolutely astonishing job with taking care of every concern I had! He made me feel extremely comfortable & always has a positive attitude with every encounter I’ve had with him. I am very grateful to find a caring, informative, and empathetic dermatologist like David! Extremely thrilled with the results!
Provider Cooley is the best! He cares about his patients and is gentle with the steroid injections for keloids. I also seen provider Newberry she was also amazing!!! The only doctor I had problems with is Jason Sanchez!! Had two visits with him and told the front desk to please not schedule me with him anymore!!
Had my first appointment with DirectDerm Fresno today, and it was a great experience. Front office staff and medical assistant were very friendly, and professional. The provider who saw me was Stephen Cooley, PA-C, and he was nothing short of fantastic . . . genuine, professional, thorough, patient, listened well, humble. I would recommend anyone I know to see him. Thank you DirectDerm, and thank you Stephen Cooley, PA-C!
